Robert Stiller, Co-Founder of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Makes Surprising Sale

Robert Stiller, a billionaire in the coffee industry, listed his mansion in Palm Beach for $90 million back in May. However, he finalized the deal this week for $66.14 million, slightly more than the amount he paid three years ago.

The mansion spans 1,236 square meters, designed in a colonial style, featuring seven bedrooms and nine full bathrooms. It is located on North Lake Way and includes a boat dock. Built in 2013, the property boasts high ceilings, a covered loggia, a pool with a jacuzzi, and flexible garages that are currently utilized as a gym and staff quarters.

Stiller made headlines in April 2023 when he sold a coastal property in Palm Beach for $170 million, setting a record for the highest sale on the island. However, this transaction carries a much more bitter taste.
