Juan Guaido, the former leader of the Venezuelan opposition supported by the United States, has denounced interim President Delcy Rodriguez, accusing her of being a "dictator" and a leader of a cartel. Guaido self-proclaimed himself interim president in 2019 after Nicolas Maduro was sworn in for a second term.
