One of the world's most influential hedge fund managers, Ray Dalio, has stated that the midterm elections in 2026 in the United States could lead to a significant power shift in favor of the Democrats, jeopardizing the regulatory policies adopted during Trump's administration. According to Dalio, the accessibility issue is likely to be the main political theme next year, which could contribute to Republicans losing control of the House and create a complicated scenario for Trump in 2027 as he prepares for the 2028 elections.
