A new global report by Oxford Economics and OpenAI reveals that around 40% of today’s jobs will undergo major transformation by 2030, as artificial intelligence becomes an essential component of the professional world. This shift is not merely about machines replacing humans — it's about a fundamental redefinition of work, skills and productivity.

Industries such as finance, education, marketing, journalism and administration will experience the most significant impact, while fields requiring physical labor — construction, agriculture and services — will remain comparatively less affected. Yet, experts emphasize that no profession will remain completely untouched.

Beyond risks, the report highlights massive opportunities: the rise of entirely new industries, higher productivity levels and the chance for workers to focus on creativity, strategy and human-centered tasks. Nations that invest heavily in reskilling and digital adaptation will become the economic winners of the next decade.
