Timothée Chalamet on the Golden Globe Red Carpet
Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet won his first Golden Globe at the 83rd annual ceremony held in Beverly Hills, California, on January 11, 2026. The 30-year-old actor was awarded for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical for his role in the sports comedy-drama "Marty Supreme."
In his acceptance speech at The Beverly Hilton, Chalamet shared, "My father instilled in me a spirit of gratitude from a young age: Always be thankful for what you have. This has allowed me to walk away from this ceremony in the past, empty-handed, but with my head held high, thankful to be here. It would be a lie to say that these moments don't make this one so much sweeter."
