Kurdish Fighters Withdraw from Aleppo after Days of Clashes

Clashes in Aleppo Come to an End

The Governor of Aleppo, Syria, announced that the last fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), led by Kurds, have exited the city following days of intense conflict. Government forces coordinated the withdrawal of SDF fighters using buses during the night, following their takeover of the predominantly Kurdish neighborhood of Sheikh Maqsoud.
